Return Policy

30-day returns

If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn with any protective backing intact.

How to start a return

Send us a message through the contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We will reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right — no return shipping required.
